Music is a wonderful compliment to stories and many of Robin's stories have music as an essential element.
  Wwhat about a workshop specifically devoted to music.? Robin has a range of songs and activites to encourage children's musical awareness and development. 
 

Activities

Soundscapes : making stories in sound through using percussion instruments. A variable length workshop which is suitable for any age. .

Playing with rhythms: a longer (day) percussion workshop leading to a performance of a suite featuring differing dance rhythms. A more complex experience which stretches older children in both their playing and listening skills. It does, of course, include a story too!
